The Henrico Digital Resource Menu (HDRM) is a menu of digital learning tools approved for use across Henrico County Public Schools. Each resource on the HDRM has a page designed to provide on-demand support, including a brief description, access details, privacy and conditions for use, and additional resources for support and troubleshooting.

Why do we have it?

The purpose of the HDRM is to provide Henrico staff, students, and families with access to digital learning resources safe to use with students and to support the selection of digital learning resources that respect and protect student privacy while maximizing learning opportunities for our students.

How do I use it?

You can search the menu by approved list alphabetically, using the pre-created categories at the top of the page based on level, or by typing in the name of resources in the search menu above the page title in the top right corner. Clicking on a resource opens a pop-out window with additional details, such as audience, curriculum connection, a brief description, access details, instructions, videos, privacy data, troubleshooting tips, and support contact information. Click outside of the pop-up window to return to the menu.

Clicking on the tabs at the top allows you to navigate by age-level resources. There is also a tab labeled Clever District Page. Depending on grade level, the division purchases these digital resources for schools and provides these apps in Clever for students and staff. Users can also filter by audience, subject, and instructional purpose.

How can I add an approved app to my Clever portal (if it is not already there?)

If you choose to use an app on the HDRM with your students, you can create a link to the resource on your Clever teacher page. If you or your school purchases a product requiring a rostering setup in Clever, please email [email protected].

What if a resource needs to be added to the menu?

<aside> 💡 If a digital resource needs to be added to the approved list, we have a process to submit a resource for review by following these guidelines.
